These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jjpk governing your use of the platform, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, betting rules, and all gaming activities. Please read carefully before using any jjpk service.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) jjpk account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify jjpk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account or use of your credentials. jjpk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login information.
3.3 Device and Connection Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device and internet connection used to access jjpk are secure and free from malware, keyloggers, or other malicious software. jjpk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, available via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number.
3.4 Account Non-Transferability. jjpk accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your jjpk account to any other person. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.6 Unclaimed Balances. jjpk reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close accounts with unclaimed balances after a period of 12 consecutive months of inactivity, in accordance with the applicable terms of the international gaming licence under which jjpk operates. 5.1 General Bonus Terms. jjpk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your jjpk account are subject to wagering requirements. 5.4 Expiry of Bonuses. All bonus funds and free spins have an expiry date from the time of crediting. If wagering requirements are not met within the bonus validity period, the bonus funds and any winnings accumulated from them will be removed from your account automatically.

10.2 Betting and Gaming Losses. All betting and gaming activities on jjpk carry inherent financial risk. jjpk does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from any bet or game. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves the risk of losing money, and jjpk is not liable for any gaming or betting losses incurred by players.
10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — excluding fraud or wilful misconduct by jjpk — shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your jjpk account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.
10.4 Indirect Losses. jjpk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity, regardless of whether jjpk had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
